• Analyze and collect requirements to develop business systems & users with related systems to in line with the strategy plan.
• Understand what user journey need, business analyze and design following requirement and transform to technical solution, and pass these requirements to the developers.
• Work as part of “Tech team” to deliver appropriate solutions to the business in terms of business and system analysis to meet project requirements.
• Assist in enforcement of project deadlines, schedules, and methodologies.
• Work on the project to meet project objectives on time and agreed with quality standards.
• Gather, define, document, and translate high-level business requirements to come up with project plan, and detailed functional specifications with a proper sign-off process.
• Coordinate and communicate with end-users, management, staff and vendors on project issues and status.
• Verify functional, accuracy, and completeness of the requirements to ensure objectives are being met (analysis, test, and UAT, demonstration and inspection)
• Conduct testing process, data migration and training system to end user
• Ensure compliance to IT standards, policies, and procedures.
